BACK TO SCHOOL

Heard of back to school year shopping??? Yeah, well I did that and NOW it’s time for back to school year fitness goals.

Here we go! I’m 5 ft 4 inches and 118 pounds with a 34 inch bust, 25 inch waist and a 36 1/2 ish hips.

What’s the ideal??? The ideal is 36, 24, 36 and 108 pounds. MY idea?

By the school year I want… 1. 24 in waist (weight not tracked or made a goal) 2. have ran my first 5k 3. be preparing for track season ;) and 4. be a healthier, happier, more fit person in general.

Day 1: FRIDAY AUGUST 3, 2010.

  • Woke up at 7 AM
  • Jogged 2 1/2 miles
  • Cool down walk
  • 150 jumping jacks
  • Ballet West Ab Workout Routine (see future posts)
  • Competition Dance Flexibility stretches (see future posts)
  • Kate Beckensale’s yoga routine used to prepare for “Underworld” (Hell yeah) (see future blog post for details)
  • Finished off with Lauraugh’s morning routine (see future blog post)
